Initial Orders - 3 to 5 weeks

1.  Discuss options for artwork and merchandise.  2.  Gather artwork and merchandise selections from client.  3.  Proof for Client Approval.  4.  Ordering and Production  5.  Delivery to Client.

Re-Orders - 1-2 weeks

Re-orders are designed to be as easy as possible for clients.  If the re-order uses the same artwork and merchandise as the initial order, you can call/email/text one of our sales staff with the quantity.   Midwest Printworks can usually deliver re-orders within 1-2 weeks.

1. How many shirts do you need?

4. How many colors in your artwork? 
5. Do you want artwork on front, back, or front and back?
6. When do you need them delivered?
7. Do you plan on re-ordering the same shirts with the same artwork at some point in the future?

Artwork

1. What file types does Midwest Printworks accept?  *.pdf, *.jpg, or *.png are preferred but we will work with you to get the right artwork files if this sounds like a foreign language.
2. Does Midwest Printworks offer custom graphic design?  No, but we can refer you to a local professional.
3. Can MWP do more than one color?  Absolutely.  Production costs more on your side of things, but we make the same profit per shirt no matter what.  We want to get the best quality shirt for you.

Timeframe/Other

1. How long does it take from start to finish?  For initial orders, usually 3-5 weeks.  Re-orders are much quicker end to end.
2. What does the $10 t-shirt special include?  Everything except shipping and creating the artwork.  A high quality t-shirt, production of t-shirts, and in-town pickup/dropoff.
3. Do you offer embroidery?  Not yet.  We plan to offer this service soon!
